What happens when you browse?
A hosting or security provider may process technical information such as IP address, browser details, requested pages and time to serve and protect the site. The hosting and security services set two technical cookies: Cloudflare's __cf_bm for bot detection, which Cloudflare says expires after 30 minutes of inactivity, and a Lovable hosting cookie (__dpl) that expires after 24 hours. Neither is used for analytics or advertising. There is no inquiry form. The cost calculator is intended to run in your browser without sending its entered figures to the publisher. External source links take you to other sites under their own policies.
What happens when you email the publisher?
If you email contact@inglewoodwaterdamage.com, your address, message and anything you include pass through your email provider, the domain forwarding service at Namecheap and a Google Gmail inbox used by the operator. The operator may review and respond to the message. Please avoid unnecessary sensitive information. This website does not provide an email form.
What happens when you call?
Call +1 (424) 312-0053. Calls currently go to voicemail, not to a live provider. Your message is recorded and transcribed after the voicemail greeting. You can also email us instead. The number is routed through RingRobin and Twilio. Call-routing records can include the incoming number, start time, elapsed duration, call status and routing path. If you leave a voicemail, its audio is saved and transcribed after the greeting; the operator may review the message and transcript to handle an inquiry. RingRobin then emails a call or voicemail notification to a Google Gmail inbox used by the operator. Ordinary live-call recording is off, but voicemail recording is separate. Avoid including information that is not needed for your inquiry.
Are calls forwarded to a provider?
Not now. The number currently reaches voicemail rather than Marketcall or a contractor. If forwarding begins later, caller information and call details may pass through a referral network and an independent provider for routing and response. This notice will be revised to describe the real recipients and information flow before such a change.
How are records handled?
Technical records may be used to deliver and protect the site; voicemail and call details, including those email notifications, may help the operator understand an inquiry. Email records may help the operator handle a written inquiry or correction. No fixed retention period is promised: storage depends on each service and the record. An independent provider may maintain separate records once a referral actually occurs.
How can you ask about information held here?
Call +1 (424) 312-0053. Calls currently go to voicemail, not to a live provider. Your message is recorded and transcribed after the voicemail greeting. You can also email us instead. Leave a voicemail to ask about access, correction or deletion where applicable, or email contact@inglewoodwaterdamage.com. The operator will review records available to it and applicable law. An independent provider may hold separate records.
